@Tochkonja mogli ni u jednoj ozbiljnoj drzavi, cast izuzecima. Ali je sistem takav da zbog broja predmeta i gluposti otera najpametnije, a ostanu uporni a tupavi. Ljudi misle da su doktorske nastavak osnovnih, masovno se ostaje po ~10 godina, a kasnije oni postanu profesori, uzas zivi.
