@virginmedia when I reported this, they wanted to charge me for an engineer to come out, despite the fact I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work, which breaches consumer law as they’re not providing the advertised service. You can’t charge for a service you’re not providing.

@virginmedia are an absolute joke. 4 people in our house (all different work patterns so never more than 3-4 devices) and none of us can connect properly even if we disconnect devices to reduce the strain. We have to use 5G/hotspots instead for laptops/my daughter’s kindle. 1/2

Bought a new Mercedes v class within a month the vehicle broke down twice
Got it to a dealership been told it is a gearbox module but none available so don’t know when I am getting it fixed.
Very bad customer care
Would not buy Mercedes again.
