@mf_drew_ @DividendGrowth Alfa Romeo?!

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@Storage_Venture @girlvstime This is the typical argument for not paying off a mortgage early.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@SievaKozinsky Seems like you would completely eliminate your margin if you have to pay others to do all of the work.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@InvestorTanner @SievaKozinsky I have the same question. You’d be 100% dependent on others to generate revenue.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh @ComebackCap You miss 100% of the shots that you don’t take

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@microscopicture Are you not entertained?

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh We kinda dug ourselves into a hole on this one

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@ZCampbell_SI Is there any other kind?

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh I’ve recently been interested in parking garages. I would imagine consistent revenue and low overhear.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@ZCampbell_SI Have not seen this, but Shogun by James Clavell (similar setting and themes) was an enjoyable read.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh I actually like a lot of what’s going on here

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh @PinkPoloShorts @seandsweeney Scott’s Addition could use more apartments

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh As long as you shoes, closet, and all other earthly possessions are from the Apple ecosystem, you’ll be fine.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@tyxanders *It’s about time.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh @ConorNeu

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh The High Line is kinda cool. Worth doing once.

[Billy Hendricks @wadhendricks]

@rhunterh Recently visited my brother in NYC. He pointed out an observation deck (this one?) and mentioned how popular it was. He then said a bunch of other buildings are adding them to copy this success.
