Today morning in Kampala about 70% of taxis stayed off the road, reflecting that ugandans face fewer options & more risk.

Some travel companies in Uganda opt to import bus chassis and build the passenger bodies locally to cut costs. While these buses can be safe, they should be independently inspected and certified before put on the road (3/4)
