I think Coding tools will morph into all around agents, so what happens with them is a big deal.
The hot theme each year is basically a talent and capital vacuum cleaner. It sucks all the smartest people and all the money into one room.

Creating a skill database for our team. Why keep skills in local folders. Simple skill db will have a bunch of meta data about each skill, including ratings and feedback from agents after each use. Way more organized.
