@UberUKsupport I have received an order. The burgers were stone cold. The chips were cold. The apple and grape bag was melon the milkshake and mcflurries were melted and the iced drink was missing. I need a refund! Not good sat out for ages

@UberUKsupport Thank you. He said it wasn’t through the app it was through the web site on the Uber boats account. He is logged out of his account. Can’t request a new password as it will go to the wrong address. Do you have another email address he can contact?

@UberUKsupport do you deal with the Uber boats? My boyfriend has boat tickets on the app but entered the wrong email address so he has not received the tickets. Who can access the account to change the email address? The tickets are needed for Saturday

@UberUKsupport Ive just ordered from McDonald’s using there app via Uber eats. When it arrived all of my large drink was spilled into the bag leaving only the ice!
McDonald’s are not interested They said they packed it correctly. Please advise as to who need to give me a refund

@VirginAtlantic I would like to book a reward flight but the dates are not certain. If I book and want to cancel what are the rules? I.e BA will let me book and cancel a reward flight with a penalty of £30. Is that the same with virgin?

@BootsUK went to your ludgate circus branch this morning for a BP check as I wasn’t feeling too great. Because I am on BP tablets I was told I couldn’t have the check and she tried to sell me a BP machine is this correct!

@BootsHelp Hi Lucy. Thanks for this. My point was that I was eligible and as soon as I said I was taking tablets she told me I was not eligible and proceeded to try and sell me a machine. As it goes my pressure was 179/91 probably higher when I went into the store. 1/2
