@FirstBSA why on a wet night is a driver allowed to leave the Bradford Road shops stop heading to the Bus Station 4 mnutes early, so we missed the bus?! Only starts in Foxhill so must have left there very early. Those was 1911 bus.

@premierinn trying to check in 'early' at Premier Inn St Pancras. Arrived 1pm, the queue is incredible and not moving. Only seems to be one very harassed receptionist? Why do you email to tell us we can pay extra to check in early when you can't cope?!

@nationalrailenq We are on a train stationary at Swindon. It is packed with small children and other people standing. The conductor has told us it is due to overhead line or signalling problems again. Problems with overhead lines and signalling seems to happen regularly. Why? @GWRHelp

@FirstBSA waiting for a 4a to Foxhill shown on your app as 'due' at Bath Bus Station. No staff to ask anywhere either! Why can't your information be accurate? We suspect no drivers although there is a bus at stand 16!

Not sure anyone cares. But drunk older chap on my train from Paddington to Bath. Saying he hasn't had any Covid jabs. As doesn't matter to him. But what about rest of us? Trapped a women in her seat, trying to be polite. Golly. I am old but are we back in the 80s? #creepyoldguy

@LNER This is not the case. All seats shown as available. Many people asking us to move as they have seats reservations.

@LNER I am on 1406 to Leeds at Kings Cross. I don't have a seat reservation as I had to change my route due to cancellation of trains between Manchester and Hebden Bridge. No seat reservations visible in coach C, where do I sit????.
