@Tigerboss09@SamaHoole In some people… also, dietary oxalates have little to no effect on serum oxalates. High saturated fat increases serum oxalic acid. But clown like @sama asshole dont understand science
@Tala_NoExcuses@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 Whole Foods are far different than processed. Actually, processed foods like donuts have more calories from fat than carbs. I have a degree from OSU in Athletic nutrition. When I see people talk about diet and nutrition. Most of them are ignorant living off anecdotal claims
@Tala_NoExcuses@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 Deficit. Over time, as weight loss increased, biomarkers improved including CRP. We she this clinically all the time. People think eliminating a macro like carbs is good. It’s not especially long term. I’m not saying eat a lot of processed foods.
@Tala_NoExcuses@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 I’m not really sure what diet you’re advocating for, but people who consume more fruits and veggies have lower CRP levels, which means lower inflammation. Keto diets actually increase cortisol. (Fight or flight) this causes pain to decrease so you can fight or flight.
@Tala_NoExcuses@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 Are you skinny fat? Meaning, lost muscle and have fat on top of skin? If so, it’s because you’re keto. Short term success, long term failure.
@Tala_NoExcuses@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 Okay, it’s you’re still gonna lose muscle and be skinny fat. Regardless of calorie intake, you’re gonna be skinny fat. Look at yourself
@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 It doesn’t come from directly fat. The body is smart, and will break down some muscle for energy because muscle is taxing on the body and you’re in starvation so. It’s way people end up skinny fat.
