I’m sure you all remember Avery Jackson, the “trans girl” who, at 9, was on the cover of National Geographic in January of 2017. Avery was given the gold standard in gender affirming care: he was chemically castrated and sterilized with “blockers” to hold off male puberty.

Now Avery has come out as “nonbinary” and chosen not to pursue transition, meaning that his puberty was blocked for no reason — but that’s not the worst part. He also identifies as asexual, meaning that he doesn’t experience sexual attraction.

This is undoubtedly the result of the medication used to delay male puberty. The president of WPATH, Dr, “Marci” Bowers, has said on camera that so-called puberty blockers, which are used to chemically castrate sex offenders, chemically castrate the young boys who take them as well, leaving them incapable of arousal or orgasm.

For adult sex offenders, the process is reversible. For boys like Avery, the effects are permanent. He will never feel sexual attraction, or any of the experiences that accompany it. He is also completely sterile; he will never father a child, and his own childhood was spent in the national spotlight. The blockers he was given have also stunted his physical and mental development in irreversible ways. We know from the experiences of other “trans” children that he will never sexually mature - neither physically nor emotionally. All of these things were stolen from him, and he has said that transitioning “ruined my life.”

It’s high time that we stop pretending that children can make an informed decision to transition or take blockers, even if their doctors are honest about the risks and consequences — which most are not.

Blockers are not a pause button. They are not reversible. The intellectual deficits they cause will never repair themselves, and neither will the damage done to the child victim’s body, or to their emotional intelligence and maturity. This will, of course, make it easier to push them into transitioning; ie, to sell them hormones and provide surgical alterations.

Parents like Avery’s, who try to monetize their child’s struggles with gender identity, belong in prison, not on television, and so do the doctors and politicians who were complicit in his chemical castration and sterilization.

Her Democrat challenger raised just $149,000 total. Elise spent more than $250k from just one of her committees on “political strategy consulting.”

She would be an absolute disaster as DNI and would be wholly under the control of Israel lobby- her biggest funders while she was in Congress.

By financially supporting WHO and Merck to conduct a vaccination campaign in the midst of a multi-country Ebola epidemic with the replication-competent (!), live attenuated (!) rVSV-ZEBOV vaccine about ten years ago, Gavi proved itself to be a financially powerful yet highly incompetent institution. This was the main reason I decided to leave. The current leadership only reinforces that perception, showing little to no understanding of virology, immunology or vaccinology. It is time to dismantle this organization too and build a group of independent global health experts with hands-on experience across the relevant disciplines. Given the enormous budgets available in global health, operational tasks could be subcontracted ´à la carte’ to truly competent CROs. Large pharmaceutical companies would not even be necessary, as safe and efficient services and products could be easily delivered globally in sufficient supply and at an affordable cost. I proposed this strategy to Gavi leadership back then but it was, unsurprisingly, met with deaf ears.

It had an opportunity to do just that on the fluoride issue. In the fall of 2024, a federal district court found (after hearing extensive expert testimony) that adding fluoride to water poses an unreasonable risk of neurological harm in children, and ordered EPA to eliminate this risk.

In the final days of the Biden administration, the EPA announced (as expected) its intention to appeal this landmark decision. This announcement, however, had no binding effect on Lee Zeldin and the new administration.

Zeldin had complete discretion to stand down on the appeal, and to follow the court's order to protect Americans from the health risks posed by fluoridation. Zeldin, however, chose to continue with the appeal.

Despite repeated pleas from the MAHA community, Zeldin and the EPA have persisted with its odious appeal. And now, based on a procedural technicality, a federal appeals court has granted Zeldin's request to vacate the district court's order.

EPA has thus officially undone a historic opportunity to protect the public from a toxic chemical added to most American water supplies (and all beverages and foods made with the water).

There are many ways to describe EPA's conduct here, but Making America Healthy Again is not one of them.
