عربوں کی ایک عادت رہی ہے۔ جب ان کے گھوڑے زیادہ ہوجاتے اور ان کی نسلوں کی پہچان ممکن نہ رہ پاتی تو سبھی گھوڑوں کو کسی ایک مقام پر جمع کر لیتے۔ پھر کھانا پینا بند کر دیتے اور شدید قسم کی مارپیٹ کرتے۔ مار پیٹ کے بعد پھر گھوڑوں کے لئے کھانا پینا لاتے، تب گھوڑے دو مجموعوں میں بٹ جاتے تھے۔ کچھ گھوڑے تو فورا دوڑتے کھانے کی طرف، انہیں کچھ فرق ��ہیں پڑتا تھا کہ کھلا کون رہا ہے اور دوسرے ہوتے نسلی گھوڑے، جو ان ہاتھوں سے کھانا کھانے سے انکار کر دیتے تھے جن ہاتھوں نے مار پیٹ کر کے ان کی توہین کی تھی۔

انسانی معاشروں کو بھی اسی صورت حال کا سامنا ہے۔ اور بدقسمتی سے بدنسلوں کی تعداد کہیں زیادہ ہے۔
