Totally agree with @ferozekhaan, i have been raised in Saudia and after every Friday prayer in Jamia, they conduct Public hanging of the Culprits. I pray and wish, if it happens just ONCE in Pakistan, nobody will ever dare to do it again! We just need people who can do this.
