@saks your customer “service” is abysmal. Apparently after providing all relevant data regarding my stolen package, including signature samples, you have decided not to refund my $$$$. This is despicable and fraudulent on your part

@saks I’ve tried, in vain, to get a refund on a package that was stolen. Multiple calls to your ‘customer service’ department and the courier and you are giving me the runaround for weeks. I’ve even sent a sample of my signature since you are alleging I’m lying?!?

whenever i'm having a bad day i remember that children practice reading books to shelter dogs to help comfort them and reduce their anxiety therefore increasing their chances to get adopted down the line
