@UberEats hi, ordered mcdelivery via the McDonald’s app. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, we phoned Uber support twice, food arrived missing items and freezing cold - straight in the bin. Please advise how to log our complaint for a refund. McDonald’s app not ubereats app.
