As products become more connected and technology-driven, product liability claims involving minors continue to present unique legal challenges for manufacturers, distributors, and insurers.
In the Arkansas chapter of the Chambers Global Practice Guide: Product Liability & Safety 2026, attorneys William Mell Griffin and Kimberly Young examine how Arkansas courts approach these claims and the practical considerations for managing litigation risk.

@RiggsBarstool you can’t critique the lack of “decorum” from fans in same sentence as defending Wyndham Clark. The lack of decorum from the players is a bigger problem right now, imho.
Great show! Love you guys!
@ForePlayPod Avg 48 yr old lifelong golf fan here. The heckling was 100% Clark related - not NY, not people wanting close tourn. I was cheering agx him, as were everyone on my threads. It was all b/c of Clark’s behavior and attitude.
@adamyounggolf@practicalgolf Scott Fawcett does not appreciate how poor a mid or high handicap is at face and path awareness and control.
In for a rude awakening if he tries to coach that group! 😂😂 Love the show!
@ForePlayPod Love you guys. Love the show. Discussion on statements from PGAT, ANGC, etc. overthought. They were not commenting on wreck, criminal consequences, etc. Statements were exclusively related to his decision to get treatment.

What better way to kick off Super Bowl weekend than kicking off Super Saturdays with Southern Bancorp and putting pro bono service to work for Arkansans across our community?
Special thanks to Bill Waddell, Amie Schoeppel Wilcox, Alex Ifrah, Khayyam Eddings, Liz Harris, Melody Pruitt Guffey, Evan Nelson, along with staff members Dolly Stokes, Katie Stout, and law clerk Caroline Bryant. Our team was honored to support this weekend’s Little Rock clinic by providing legal services to community members. Big thanks to Southern Bancorp for hosting, and to all the volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly.
Looking forward to the next Super Saturday event taking place at the St. Bernard Auditorium in Jonesboro on Feb. 21!
@chasingscratch0 heard similar comments about Pepsi commercial.
The bit is that they stole the polar bears. Pepsi is so good, even Coke polar bears switched. Plus the coldplay concert meme. I thought it was clever. But “stealing” the polar bears was the joke
#teampolarbear
@TreyBiddy old people don’t do jazz fingers b/c of arthritis.
The point of the pepsi commercial was to steal the coke polar bears. That was the joke!
Glad you’re feeling better.
@ForePlayPod love all your content! I watched every minute of all Int Inv videos and listened to this week’s pod.
I just want to say with The Duke… I don’t get it. Im also a BDS fan. I just don’t see anything interesting or entertaining there. Seems like a fun dude 🤷♂️
@chasingscratch0 I did not see Mike going full Grinch/Mr. Potter on Salvation Army bell ringers coming.
Then to sneak in a diss on Cold Stone. Strange times.
