@BuzagloToBalis Perhaps Bilkul should have sorted this with MSD before purchasing the club. Ie transfer the loan into Bilkul’s name. Just seems so amateur.
@AliJones9 It seems like we’ve tried to fudge figures in a crazy way. We can’t claim it’s part of the purchase price when it was used to fund wages and running costs. It’s completely different to a potential owner taking a loan in their name to buy the club which is what I’ve seen elsewhere
@griffraces@AliJones9@KieranMaguire@CJHall83 Yeah, Percy wrote in the initial article that Pelling was appointed in January on a short term deal. Maybe another reason Nestor was booted?
@BenYoun75670097@wba_joe I just cannot understand why you wouldn’t make it 100% correct and ensure every penny you put into the club is allowable for PSR. It’s absolutely crazy imo.
@BearwoodBloke@AliJones9@KieranMaguire@CJHall83 I’ve been banging this drum for months, why have they not done this?! They’re putting the money in anyway so it’s bewildering why they didn’t make it allowable income for PSR.
@LukeMillingto11 Yeah it’s definitely an accumulation of bad decisions under Lai, however there is no way the club should have sanctioned so much spending last January on Price, Bany & the Armstrong loan if our situation was so tight.
@AliJones9@EFL He’s put more than £13m in but that’s all you can count towards PSR I think, whereas if he bought the naming rights to the stadium that would be allowed as additional income. Similar to how Fitlife foods sponsor the training ground.
