If any of my followers are sick of using a spreadsheet, I’ve built an app that tracks UK wealth properly. It works best on desktop to fully appreciate the charts and future visualisation.

New PM, old idea… scrap council tax and charge a flat 0.48% of your home’s value instead. On a 300k house that’s £1,440/yr. 3 in 4 households would pay less. We ran it vs your current bill - and why it wouldn’t automatically hit Scotland 👇🏼https://t.co/kzwdZQBhfk
@earnlearninvest Garmin Fenix if you’re after a solid bit of kit that will outlast mostly any other wearable - I’ve had mine for 5 years and battery still going strong (about 2 weeks)
Pure/the gym group, all perfectly fine IMO. I’ve found after haven been to a few of them it really depends on location, I’ve got a pure gym in particular near me that is always rammed and full of teenagers, so it’s a no go, but there are other ones that are actually okay and do a job, can’t complain at the price point really.
@2147mill Try to keep a minimum amount in a cash ISA for 3/4 months of living costs, it’s also the account I use to invest from so it’s fluctuates month on month. Sometimes I prefer long 0% credit card deals to cope with any immediate emergencies tbh
I built a credit card tracker, I always struggled finding when my 0% rate ends before switching to a new deal…
So I’ve set up a tracker that sends email reminders to your inbox

A real mix of ‘high interest’ savings accounts, help to buy scheme … which I then transferred to a LISA for first home @ 26. Made lots of mistakes at that early on tbh. Stupid risk and thinking a GIA was the best place for my money. Didn’t really have a long term plan then… think by age 24/25 I fully understood the power of a S&S ISA + compounding.
