Stephen A. Smith publicly APOLOGIZES to Kyrie Irving after calling him "selfish" for refusing the COVID jab.
"Hindsight-wise, it didn’t make him stubborn or selfish. It made him BRAVE."
"I watched Dr. Fauci on Capitol Hill yesterday, and the person I thought about most was Kyrie Irving."
“Kyrie Irving stood out in my mind because of the heat that he was taking... He refused the vaccine. New York City's mandate made him ineligible for home games, and he linked his stance to people losing jobs over vaccine mandates."
“In my opinion, particularly hindsight-wise, it didn't make him stubborn or selfish. It made him brave. His willingness to stand up and say, ‘Nah, I'm not doing that.’
“It's just a time for reflection — to look at things differently.”
Kyrie gave up $11,400,000 in game checks during the 21-22 NBA season and a $100,000,000 extension with the Nets to be unvaccinated.
That cements his holdout as the largest financial sacrifice any athlete has ever made over an issue in history.
Same HOPE-3 data. Same patients. Only the imputation method changes. $CAPR @US_FDA@anish_koka
→ FDA's actual CSR method: LVEF p=0.041 ✅
→ Standard median imputation: p=0.078 ❌
→ Exclude the affected patient: p=0.078 ❌
The "significant" cardiac result exists in exactly one scenario — the one Capricor chose. 🧵
FDA clinical reviewer Erica Young making clear that $CAPR made major statistical analysis plan (SAP) changes after the trial ended that "lack a scientific basis and limit interpretability of analyses" -- ie. alleging the co. basically drew the dart board around the dart
Endpoint. Protocol. Formulation. Capital.
$ENTX just closed the last one — a $275mm oversubscribed private placement led by BVF Partners. We've been writing about Entera Bio for two and a half years, and all the pieces are finally in place. 🧵
Now they have no worries about NDAs relating to legacy UFO programs/projects I want to see the following people back up their many claims over the years regarding UFO programs and their knowledge of them:

- @ChrisKMellon
- Dr. Eric W. Davis

2H26 is one of the denser catalyst windows we've covered. Five sub-$500M names in our universe converging on the same moment: where an open-label story finally has to survive a controlled test. Our preview 🧵
this one seems excessively dilutive unless i am reading the 8K incorrectly $rlyb ? cvr is distribution of net proceeds if can license or sale the legacy assets. but with a 1 year clock. hm
$IMVT okay please tell me why this train of thought is stupid:
The RA data is clearly very strong (even if you assume a high pbo-response going forward) and with very likely sales in RA of 1.5-2.5B we have 40-60% of market cap of 6.6B covered by RA (with heavy discounting / future dev costs).
BUT what is even more striking: These were the first efficacy data of 1402 poised to go for more than a dozen indications. And they completely blew it out of the water?
Why wouldn´t the market extrapolate that at least somewhat to all the other indications and increase PoS just a bit on the.. 10-20B in potential peak sales?
