@sammyjarrett@Telstra Whoops - I should also say when I said 'I need to speak to a 'human' in Australia', I was referencing their online chat bots, I wasn't saying OS staff aren't human! (I have a real problem with them using the Chatbots)
@sammyjarrett@Telstra Good point Sam, it's not the country people are in that matters to me it's the power they have, the OS staff seem to have very little power to do anything other than restate policy, it's possible a local person would be the same but I suspect the local support are more senior.
@Telstra Why are you unable to connect me to someone in Australia, you're a communications company, surely you know peoples phone numbers!
I have one transcript but it has not id numbers on it, the lat chat finished after an hour and no chat log was sent
@Telstra I have spoken to 4 people about this, all OS, I need to speak to a human in Australia. The last people I spoke to swore they could fix it, was escalated to complaints who said she would call back and never did, another hour wasted
@Telstra I have just spent another hour talking to your OS 'help' desk, was elevated to complaints, all seemed positive, the girl then said she had to wait on a response from someone else and would call me back, and that never happened. I need a phone number for Australian support, please
@Telstra I have spoken to overseas support 4 times, they don't get it and simply say they can do nothing about it, I tried calling 1258887 but it too goes through to OS support, I need to talk to someone in Australia.
@Telstra I received a text from Telstra saying after 3rd December prepaid credit can no longer be used for new subscriptions, Old subscriptions not effected. I have had a Youtube Red subscription for a long time so thought it would be fine but it has now been suspended for non payment
@Telstra Do you have a phone number for Australian support regarding the change to not being able to create new subscription payments via @Telstra credit? (I've wasted too much time on OS chant and OS phone support
