@martincurran83@buff_egan The ref, linesmen and umpires stayed on the pitch for a few min at half time talking. He probably gathered he different views at that stage and took action as soon as the players returned to the pitch.
@OllyGill_ Or maybe both players have seen what happened from the inside and know more than those of us who just listened to the media and, as such, have a different perspective?
@DobbySolanoNUFC In 2 years time Salah will most likely not be at Liverpool. Isak and Ekitike are the replacement for his goals. Liverpool are planning for the inevitable future
@agbnufc_@LukeEdwardsTele If £150m is more than fair for a player who scored 19 non penalty goals in the PL last year and has 3 years left on his contract why won't Newcastle pay the £60m that Brentford want for Wissa who scored the same 19 non penalty goals and has 1+1 years left. Surely it's a bargain?
@Chris_Howie216@Saviour4877@TheImmortalKop Missing the point clubs have to buy cheap develop and sell for profit. Liverpool made a huge amount of money off academy players' sales. 4 years after purchase, the saudis still haven't built the promised academy. Investment in lyouth and grounds are outside PSR
@wassatt70@Lfc_samie One planned an exit for over a year and strung his club and fans along that he might resign while all the time aiming to move to a team that wanted him on a free. The other carried a team to a trophy, had a promised new contract withdrawn, and wants to leave for a record fee.
@Lfc_samie Isak didn't initially refuse to train. Je was left out of the celtic game due to the situation. Eddie howe left him out of the BBQ and then made him train alone. After this and newcastke isingntheir reporters to vilify him he has hit back so why is one wrong and one right?
@MrNobod87960339 @FootyMondialFC @Tonali_FPL Owners can invest in academies and in grounds all of which can be used to grow revenues which will allow clubs to advance incomes and afford greater spending on the pitch some clubs just dont want to spend the time building sustainably.
@bennufc_18@felslfc Hard to take your valuations as accurate when you suggest a player who scored 23 PL goals in 34 games is worth £150m but a player who scored 19 pl goals is only worth £35m. Contract length isnt the trump card brentford have an extension of 1 year available to trigger.
