This is Sheikh Farouk Ramadan.

Yesterday afternoon, he and his family were attacked by settler-terrorists on their own land. Farouk managed to disarm one of the attackers. He took the settler's rifle and shot and killed two terrorists in a clear act of self-defence.

In response, Israeli soldiers murdered him and three of his family members. Israeli government and media portrays him as the terrorist, and the actual terrorists as the victims.

The United States bombed water reservoirs and desalination plants in Iran, cutting off drinking water and water supplies to thousands of local communities.

Desalination plants and water reservoirs are legally classified as protected civilian infrastructure under Article 54 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions.

Destroying civilian infrastructures is not military necessity. The U.S. is totally unleashed with no red lines. Civilians and civilian infrastructure are not a target.

By bombing water supply facilities, the United States has committed a war crime. Any military personnel involved—from soldiers and officers up to the Secretary of War—should face court for war crimes. Yet, it seems there an international law for the U.S. that is different from the international law for other countries

This is precisely why they want to abolish the International Criminal Court, they want to commit war crimes with impunity. For what lies ahead goes beyond mere war crimes; it amounts to a crime against humanity as a whole.
