Awful service from @McDonaldsUK & @UberEats.Order placed at 18:31, ready by 18.41 but wasn't able to connect to a driver so the food was delivered at 1930 but stone cold! Completely unsatisfactory

@McDonalds you need to find a new delivery service.Placed a McDelivery order at 18:31,order was ready 18:41 but couldn't locate a driver.Order finally delivered at 19.25 and unsurprisingly COLD.@UberEats or your support chat were helpful.The service and quality was unsatisfactory

@skipratmummy @newlook Had the same issue today also! 45 mins wasted chatting to a chat bot! No alternative way of contacting - I tried the email and got a chat bot reply!

@British_Airways my mum is still waiting on her compensation claim from July! I can see from other tweets she isnt the only one. How can it tale over 2 months to claim back money she is owed due to BAs poor service! only option is to escalate to CAA.

@DXdelivery i had delivery scheduled for today.. Driver arrived opened his Van doors then returned to his van. i then received a message to say he tried to deliver but no1 was home. It would help if he attempted to make the delivery!

@TalkTalk hi, i have recently been offered an upgrade to faster fibre. When i go on talk talk website as a new customer and add my address it offers me fibre 65. Are these the same packages?

and get back into his Van. Tried to call out but he had headphones in. Check the status on Hermes to see it says he attempted delivery.. Both times a lie! why offer the service of parcel collection if they dont collect!

@Hermesparcels scheduled for a parcel to be collected yesterday - tracked to find the courier tried to collect but i wasnt in and will re-attempt tomorrow. i was and i saw him delivery to my street but not to my house. This morning i see him deliver to my street again...
