@BrennanSurgeon@bt_uk We were over 49 minutes trying to cancel my father in laws (93 and in a care home) bt e mail and close his account. He gave his permission but they insisted on taking us through a full sales pitch before cancelling!
@1edmountain For example, how much on top of £57m are they claiming they will hit as “savings plan”? How realistic is it they will achieve those savings? How much brokerage (which has to be repaid) have they receive or will receive from Scottish Gov? this will also be on top of £57m
@Chris_Creegan I’m sorry you have gone through all that. It must be difficult to navigate. We have a big family split (over 32years) and I have some insight into how it feels. Big hugs
@scotgov Not sure what all that means but we need better communication of travel issues and regular, timely updates. Today on A9 was shocking and updates from traffic Scotland poor
