@TheSun story for you to run! @AerLingus withholding refunds and admitting on call they are refusing to pay out on upgrades when they gave cancelled flights.
@MartinSLewis can you advise. @AerLingus are refusing to refund for a seat upgrade paid directly to them, claiming I have to go through @loveholidays even tho was paid directly to @AerLingus. Love holidays have fully refunded their part due to cancelled flight so canโt help.
@AerLingus why are your advisers refusing to refund an upgrade from a cancelled flight? 3rd party have refunded the booking but I upgraded directly with yourselves. Please advise how to get this? Beyond a joke now that no one knows what to do!!!
@UGG I have not received my delivery. Has been delivered to neighbour by DPD but only given no 23 and do not have a no 23 in my or any surrounding streets. Customer service not helpful and say check with neighbour!! Please help!

@TUIUK can name changes be made for a marella Cruise holiday? Parents have booked but dads health has taken a turn and can no longer go but been advised cannot change both names??
