@shokhkarim1212 Building gives you something to show, but talking to paying users is what tells you if the thing actually deserves to exist. I'd keep the next 30 days brutally simple. One ICP, a tiny set of channels, and a tight log of what messaging gets replies.

@NedPoulter@JudithLewis@ao I think some of the problems they have are related to how hard these things are to use and integrate. The hype drives them to use them. But the reality is that they're not very helpful in many cases.
