> Limit your screen time and social media apps
> Start going to the gym
> Take a walk every day in the sun without your phone
> Quit sugary drinks and snacks
> Start NNN
> Maintain a consistent sleep schedule, also try to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
> Pause playing other games until it comes out

If you start doing some of these things, when the game comes out the experience will be surreal and highly rewarding
