B2B

[Marc Lou @marclou]

I think you have a novelty problem.

Your main product https://t.co/xmcvmbhyCc is a vitamin with a free plan targeting indie hackers. Instead:

- Painkillers only
- No free plan, and charge high $$$
- Target outside of indie hackers; go B2B

If I may be direct, I'd kill that product today.

You've been at it for more than 1 year, and it makes $145/mo (based on your TrustMRR page). I respect the hustle, but to me it's a clear sign the market isn't answering.

Now I've looked at your other dozen projects and noticed something: Most of them could be vibe-coded in 24 hours.

If I can be even more direct, I'd completely change the strategy.

When @levelsio moved to Bali in 2017, it was WTF. That got him covered in mainstream media. Now it's normal to be a nomad.

When I launched 1 startup every month in 2022, it was WTF. That got me my first 10K followers. Now AI has normalized shipping fast.

In 2026, the winners won't be people shipping fast from Bangkok.

It will be people living outside the box. People building software we've never seen before.

AI made you a superhuman.

You can connect your fitness tracker with your calendar and your light bulbs and see what makes you tired or energized.

You can build a multiplayer game to make people go do stuff IRL like exercising or pushing code to gain XP.

You can find a cancer cure for your cat.

The possibilities are endless.

Build stuff that nobody has seen before. Ride novelty. It worked pre-AI and will work post-AGI.

I root for you, sir.

Personal reminder

[Quise. @QuiseBuilds]

I mean would do the same honestly

That’s why founders aka indie devs gotta stop trying to build candy shops

Anyone can do that

And actually start building tools that either there’s a market gap or tools someone can’t vibe code in a day 😭😭

Maybe like a autonomous product growth or something

I just merged two of the highest grossing games ($5 billion+) in history using fable 5.5 (rerouting) in just one shot!

I brought Minecraft to the Pokemon world, you can now craft, build and catch pokemon all in the iconic pallet town.

There's no longer any reason for anyone not to be making their own billion dollar game idea, it's literally one click away now.

With everyone now having the ability to bring their imaginations to life, expect to see a whole lot more games just like this. We're witnessing the dawn of incredible crossovers across the gaming world!

Your AI isn't bad at design. It has just never seen good design.

I've tested 100+ vibe coding resources this year. These are the 40 I actually kept, grouped by what you're stuck on.

[welhanDev @welhanDev]

@himanshubuildss This is absolutely incredible! Thank you

[kordell @lledrok]

yo what the fuck did they do to gaming what am i watching

[welhanDev @welhanDev]

Just built the EA FC's freekick system on the browser

Has the exact same aiming system, power, even curve
Right now it only has simple freekicks, no defensive walls yet.
What should I add next?

@gameunlocked26 @grok How is this possible

[Nevo David @wickedguro]

I have worked with many early-stage startups that have raised $10m–$30m in funding.

And I have never before experienced a product-market fit like Postiz.

Did we have enterprise sales? Yes, for sure- big deals: $20k+ in ARR. Every day? nope.

But viral like Postiz, growing $3k a day- that's kind of insane for me.

Postiz actually passed in revenue many of those that raised a shit-load-of-money.

But what does that teach you? That money can't buy everything if you don't know how to use it.

Almost all the companies I consulted for were great at hiring developers, but never really at thinking about products or building a strong distribution.

I am going to release something soon that will help any SaaS in the world; I think it's pretty unique.

Follow me so you get it when it's out :)

[welhanDev @welhanDev]

Don't look at the result, look at the amount of work you put in

[welhanDev @welhanDev]

@robj3d3 Anyone built a better product than the OG yet?

[welhanDev @welhanDev]

@hunterjisaacson How did you start the distribution that turned into Virality?
