Shockingly, this was when the hunt was operating under 'strict' new licencing by NatureScot.

We found the Holme and Colne Valley Beagles trying to hunt hares in Ossington, Nottinghamshire today. A couple of blasts on our hunting horn had hunt support peering through binoculars to see us, then drudging back to their cars to make a run for it. Hare hunt stopped, job done!
