最近好像有个风向，就是认为VC行业没法干了，VC们都要解散了。 但用脚趾头想想，这也是不可能的事啊。

确实有不少兄弟公司最近不投资了，或者不做新一期基金了，但这只是暂时的，也并不新鲜。 谁还记得，17年ICO火爆那会儿，国内有几百家号称token fund的。18年初重庆区块链大会，上台领��舞台都站不开，这里面如果哪家VC现在还活着，至少是TOP 10，因为大部分早就死了。 但这也不妨碍后面又新出来一些优秀VC, 有新陈代谢，行业才健康。

行业只要存在，就会有人创业，就会有人需要VC，因为很多创业者真的是一穷二白，除了好的idea以外连买服务器的钱也没有。

无非是前两年项目上币安十亿美元起步，因此VC们敢5000万甚至一两个亿美元的估值去投早期项目。 现在上线币安也只有一两亿市值了，那VC们只能给早期项目一两千万的估值了，从投资收益上看，并没什么区别。

大家也不用羡慕VC项目的高投资回报。因为每一个10倍项目，背后都有10个归零项目，整体看能跑赢BTC的VC也不多，这年头还坚持干VC的真的是热爱这个行业并愿意投入真金白银的人。

我们最近其实投了几个项目，估值只有几百万美元，但这算低吗？ 几千万RMB啊， 传统互联网项目天使轮种子轮不就是这个估值嘛，行业只是回归理性了而已！

2.坚定Web3理想的项目，走链上、靠DEX。
3.还想着做快钱的，继续上CEX PVP。

最近越来越觉得，以往币圈创业项目方求着头部CEX上币的情况，预计不久的将来要反过来，也就是CEX求着项目方在他们家list。

纵然区块链技术再伟大，也要遵循一些基本的商业逻辑。比如，当入场资金变少，而山寨币市场的项目越来越多的时候，是不可能普涨的。

所以现在币圈普遍是带货逻辑，也就是粉丝信任kol，信任币安，kol说买啥就买啥，币安上啥就买啥。所以你看最近币安的上币公告，已经不介绍项目的干什么的有什么亮点了，只提一下名字，管他是什么呢，买就好了，反正都是pvp。

如何破局呢？项目方还得考虑创造真正的价值，而不是把自己当成赌场的筹码供散户们pvp，或者案板上的��供cex任意宰割。

如何创造价值呢？别谈虚的，最实在的就是项目本身能赚多少钱。美股整个市场一年七八千亿美元以上的分红，A股大概一半不到，这些都是实打实跟股东或者币圈叫token holder们有关的，币圈的这个数字估计没人统计，除了bnb等平台币，再就是mkr aave等等defi币在这么干。

我相信crypto的未来，btc自然不用多说，仅仅联邦储备和替代黄金的故事就能让它再涨十倍。就各种cryoto技术相关业务，我也相信这里面能诞生新的商业，创造巨大的价值。

然而，对于这些好的商业项目，发币上币安是他们唯一的选择吗？ 肯定不是！ 之前因为合规原因，币圈项目只能发币，没法上市，但现在合规环境这么好，一大票企业都在排队上纳斯达克，创始人们真的要好好想清楚，到��是发币上cex，还是上Nasdaq了，毕竟上Nasdaq的成本已经比上币安低了。别的机构不清楚，我们已经在辅导几家我们投的项目，准备让他们去Nasdaq上市了，他们的共同特点是，扎扎实实做产品做营收，不擅长也不屑“割韭菜”，但一点也担心熊市。

这么下去，币圈的优质创业项目们，一些会走向股市，既合规池子也更大。一些走向链上DEX，坚定自己的web3理想。而CEX们，如果不能说服优质项目们来发币而不是发股票，恐怕就只能找更多叠马仔们去拉客户来pvp了。

3解决办法是可以在导入unisat 钱包时候通过设置 “Custom HdPath ” 数值 m/84’/0’/1’/0 的直接导入派生帐号，‘1’ 表示第x个派生账号。然后就可以直接导入派生账号，然后在unisat 中导出私钥匙，然后再导入到okx钱包中就可以了， OKX 钱包同时支持 “native Segwit” 和 “taproot” 格式的dog符文转帐。

且这个是后来在leather里面自动创建的第二个账号（派生帐号），目前不支持直接导出私钥/助记词，且直接导入leather 的主账号助记词到okx钱包，创建的第2 个账号（派生账号） 和leather 里面的不一样。
