The dream is to buy this place. It’s Lees mini-golf in Alpena.
I don’t have the money to buy it but that is a a minor detail. I hate that it’s not being cared for. It’s been a staple of the town since 1963.
I’ve talked to the current owner about it but he wants to sell the building he owns next door with it. Which I wouldn’t want.
The original owners went around the state and found their favorite 18 holes and copied them here.
Outside of minor changes it’s still the same. The current owner has really let it go unfortunately. There is a small apartment above the “clubhouse” that I think would be a really cool Airbnb.
“Small lakeside apartment with a private mini-golf course and arcade after 10pm”.
- who says no to that?
Think about it. Interviews with the flight attendant, the pilot, aisle passengers, the pooper, flight control, cleaners, the CDC, the doctor who responded to the in flight poop emergency. I’d watch the shit out of that.
Here's an almost guaranteed path for a doctor to become a MULTI-millionaire and maintain your lifestyle in retirement:
✔️Earn an average income for your specialty
✔️Pay off student loans in first 5 years by "living like a resident" until they're gone
✔️Carve out 20% of gross income for retirement savings
✔️Place that money into retirement accounts as much as possible and in taxable accounts thereafter
✔️Invest that money into boring stock & bond +/- REIT index funds
✔️Stay the course with your career, marriage (if any) & investing plan for 25-35 years
P.S. Share with your friends who are day trading, taking unnecessary investment risks, or still need to start investing 🤝

Our "Protein Project" report is here
What is it?
Unique public-health project funded by @paraschopra to analyze common/well-known protein supplements sold in India
Who did it?
Me & team at The Liver Institute with world class, independent food/drugs testing Neogen Labs.
The overturned TD. The horrible roughing the passer. The bad spots, missed PIs, missed drop and situational targeting review call. That was truly one of the worst officiated games I can recall.
This is why you should listen to your nurse! In over 30.000 patient ICU-shifts, nurses were asked to analyze their pts with a questionnaire. The »Worry Factor« (WF) predicted deterioration pretty adequately:

Godspeed to the Stryker rep who is wearing our cysto nurse’s monogrammed lead and when she kindly asked for it back he said, “I’m wearing it now, go find your own.”
