If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.
@davidallenwest I'm in Quebec and feel fucking screwed by the brainwashed boomers that will be voting liberal until their death. People not seeing they're getting screwed over and over...
This is getting scary guys…
Liberals/MSM started talking about the threat of free speech on X - within a week, it was the number one talking point by liberal supporters on social media.
Liberals/MSM started talking about misinformation - within 2 days, I now receive hundreds of comments from their supporters every day accusing me of spreading it (I always tell them to fact check me and if I’m wrong, I’ll correct it… hasn’t happened yet)
Liberals/MSM start talking about the polling numbers and how a few people think it doesn’t add up and don’t trust the polls - within 24 hours, the comment section on my videos on Instagram and TikTok are parroting those same talking points about how conservatives are just like Trump and think the election will be rigged if Carney wins.
It is unbelievable, shocking and legitimately frightening HOW quickly media talking points become widely known and widely used as a way to shut up dissent and pit people against eachother. People don’t even critically think, or investigate anything before regurgitating them… I’ve never seen anything like this before. There’s always been outliers, people who are a bit intense or extreme—but the rate at which these word for word talking points are becoming regular conversation and vocabulary is deeply disturbing.
@MariolleJan@RodDMartin You know there's more people are crossing illegally into Canada than into the States? It wouldn't do anything really. Most of the smuggling on that border goes through regular crossings.
LIBERALS:
Tax the shit outta 🇨🇦 with absurd Tax
Then remove tax to get re-elected
Create housing crisis with absurd Immigration
Then promise to build houses to fix it
Bankrupt Canada with absurd spending
Then promise change
If you vote LIBERAL again,
YOU’RE A FUCKIN MORON!
@PeterSweden7 If you want peace, prepare for war. Trump has agreed that everything east of Germany is in Russian sphere of influence. If Europe wants to be free it will have to unite and have a strong army. And given its size it should be the strongest in the world, not really on the USA.
@4JohnMc@AreOhEssEyeEe The communists caused the Holomodor, Ukrainians were more than keen to get revenge. The German actually played it badly with Ukraine, mistreating them, otherwise they could have gained even more support and probably succeed with Barbarossa.
@NadineGNess I live 30 minutes north of the border of Vermont. By moving there, I'd pay 50% less income taxes, with a lower cost of living while Vermont is one of the most taxed states! The only thing keeping me from doing this my kids.
@NadineGNess Buying Canadian first will always be a good thing regardless. Anytime a transaction occur within Canada it grows GDP, but once the money leaves, it stops until foreign investors put it back in.
@Steve_R_Austin@KirkLubimov Multiculturalism has been tried for decades, it's cultural suicide. Quebec has always rejected Trudeau's multiculturalism concept. It only lead to ghettos, misunderstanding and poverty. What we want is integration, with the end goal of assimilation. Become one of us or leave.
@Anefiok@bennyjohnson There's plenty of history that shown that would never fly. The US has made it clear that the western hemisphere is its sphere of influence and last time the Russian (USSR at the time) tried that seriously it led to the Cuban missile crisis.
@Concern70732755 Every government levels should have a mechanism to allow voters to force an early election with enough signatures and people that held office should be liable of malfeasance afterward
@MarkShust@dzzo716 I believe Amasty have been improving their code quality lately, but I've seen some of the worst code atrocities in their modules few years back. The UCT reports usually have quite a lot to tell about them.
@FP_Champagne In your position you SHOULD already be aware of orbit overcrowding and space pollution. SpaceX and StarLink already have a working solution. Offer the contract to SpaceX with conditions that they start to invest/build stuff in Canada. STOP WASTING OUR MONEY.
@dubsndoo That's literally how western democratic parliaments work. The true problem is our voting system that is first-preference plurality. Parties should be represented with the percentage of votes they receive. We could have way more parties that form coalitions, just like in Europe.
@vipershadowcry@LinusTech What would be nice is if the format could be reverse-engineered, to get to the scenes and models and extract all of the original content into modern exploitable format.
