@HiveHelper Hi, there seemed to be an issue overnight 25/26th October with my Hive charger registering the freecharge data. Assuming this was due to clocks changing, it only registered 5kwh but it was definitely more. How do I resolve this?

@HiveHomeUK Hi Hive, I’ve just got my EV and used the Freecharge last night, but it hasn’t come off my ‘allowance’ yet. My Hive account is linked to Allstar (I’m BG employee) will this clash & stop Freecharge from working as intended??

@currys find myself yet again in a situation where you website won’t process gift cards. Then when you try again it says insufficient funds. How do I get this sorted please?? Ideally want to use them in store today

@riverislandhelp bought something last week and your assistant asked for an email for receipt. I then get an email along the lines of ‘thanks for signing up’ - I didn’t sign up nor did anyone ask if I wanted to sign up to your marketing!
