In Luigi's Mansion, Luigi can suck up Toad. If Luigi begins sucking up a ghost before unexpectedly (e.g. through cheats) entering a new room, he will automatically begin vacuuming up the first object loaded in that room. On the 2F balcony, that object just happens to be Toad.
