@JMichael_Smith@TiborPNagyJr@Amie74152698 Our people are dragging into another senseless war without a parliament, without a constitution & without Eritrean people consent simply for the ambitions of aging dictator! #Isayasmustgo by any means necessary for better future in Horn of Africa.

#eritrea#ethiopea HOW ETHIOPIA’S INTERNAL DIVISIONS COULD BECOME A WIDER RED SEA CONFLICT
At one point, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and President Isaias Afwerki developed a close political relationship. Their governments later became increasingly divided, and today tensions between Ethiopia and Eritrea have raised serious concerns about another war in the Horn of Africa.
But we should remember one important lesson from the past:
When leaders go to war, ordinary people pay the price.
Poor families lose their sons and daughters. Young people are sent to fight. Families lose their homes and livelihoods, while entire communities can be displaced and left without food, medicine, or security.
The previous Tigray war alone resulted in an estimated 500,000 deaths, according to researchers cited by AP and Reuters, with much of the toll attributed to famine and the collapse of health services.
Dear Eritrean and Ethiopian people:
We should not allow political disagreements between governments to become another generation of suffering for ordinary people.
Our focus should be on the people—not on war.
If political change is necessary, let us pursue it through peaceful political means, dialogue, accountability, democracy, and the rule of law.
Not supporting war does not mean opposing change.
We can seek change without sacrificing another generation to war.
The people of Eritrea and Ethiopia deserve a future where political differences are resolved through politics—not through the graves of our young people.
NO MORE WAR.
NO MORE SACRIFICING OUR PEOPLE FOR POLITICAL POWER.
CHANGE THROUGH PEACE, JUSTICE, AND THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.

What a fantasy world you are living in.
Assab is Eritrean, and #Eritrea is a sovereign country. #Ethiopia has no right to claim Eritrean territory or dictate what happens to an Eritrean port.
Assab is not Ethiopia’s to take.
Respect Eritrea’s sovereignty.
You don’t get to erase Eritrea’s sovereignty with a cartoon, a hashtag, or an Ethiopian fantasy map. Assab is #Eritrea|n territory. Period.
Stop pretending Ethiopia has some imaginary right to Eritrean land and ports. Your desire for Red Sea access does not create a legal claim to Eritrean territory.
If Ethiopia wants access to the Red Sea, negotiate like a sovereign state; don’t threaten, demand, or announce that you will “access it anyway.”
Assab is NOT yours. #Eritrea is NOT your coastline. Eritrean sovereignty is NOT negotiable.
Keep your fantasy maps off Eritrean territory.
Many Eritreans risk everything to escape the authoritarian system in Eritrea. The tragedy of Lampedusa is a painful reminder of the human cost of that journey.
They are not forgotten. One day they will come home for a proper burial. Burial & closure are a must!
October 3rd, 2013 — In Eritrean history after 1991, this day is the worst tragedy seen in public.
Thousands had disappeared and been kidnapped before, but the world never saw it publicly. Many were killed by the shoot-to-kill policy at the border. Thousands disappeared, were kidnapped, and even killed in Sinai.
But October 3rd was different. The world saw it live. People cried, showed sympathy, and helped as much as they could. But the regime back home laughed and dismissed them as "illegal migrants from Africa."
We will remember it, and those who laughed will be held accountable.

We should remember them.
The victims of the Mediterranean tragedy of October 3, 2013, will always be remembered.
Every year, people visit Lampedusa. They tell their stories and send messages.
These victims are our brothers and sisters. They fled from Eritrea to escape the killer regime, but lost their lives at sea.
We have to remember them and condemn the brutal regime. And we should work strongly and jointly to bring the regime to justice.

Lampedusa and the Lost Ones
13 years ago, on October 3, 2013, we lost more than 360 of our beloved ones in the Mediterranean.
They have not been buried yet. They are in Lampedusa. Where can they go? The brutal regime denied them, instead labeling them as illegal African migrants.
It is hard to imagine how cruel the brutal regime back home is.

Today, October 3, marks the darkest day in Eritrean history. On this day in 2013, over 360 people lost their lives trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea in search of a better life in Europe. It was a devastating moment—many burned alive, eaten alive by fish, drowned children, women, and men.
What makes it even more heartbreaking is that the Eritrean regime refused to acknowledge these victims, dismissing them as mere African refugees. They didn’t claim these were their own people. While the world mourned and displayed solidarity, Eritrea itself stayed silent, refusing to even raise its flag halfway.
The government didn't allow those who died at sea to be brought back home for a proper funeral, nor did it let their families grieve properly. One day, through our movement, the Blue Revolution, we will overthrow this cruel government, free our people, and ensure that those who lost their lives are honored properly. We will bring their remains home, give them the dignity they deserve, and finally allow their families to mourn in peace.

Uganda and Ethiopia alignmet purly lies on admiration to the Ethiopian nation by President museveni and his son is also inspired by Dr. Abiy speech to gain Red sea access by military Force through Eritrea Assab Port. Thise is appealing to Uganda becouse it is sending a message of it is possible to the 44 landlocked countries in the world. But Thise will trigger Kenya and Tanzania to involve themselves becouse it will affect them directly if Ethiopia can justify gaining Red sea access through military means and Uganda can justify military means to gain access to the Indian Ocean. #Bluerevolution #Regimechange # #Eritrea
