I hate @FedEx. Delivery time for new phone has changes 3 times today and as of 8:00 pm I still do not have it or any update. Every time it’s the same thing. If they can’t make it on time just change the time and then the day. Wasted a whole day.

So @FedEx we do not help customers. My boxes had been delayed till Monday and they will not let me pick them up at local depot due to “shipper restrictions”. Only restrictions is for me to sing for it. #FedExPerformanceZone #fedexsucks. #fedexpoorservice

@EpicTheatresInc ruined a night I was looking forward to for 3weeks. Moved the movie from one theater to another and never came in to tell anyone about the move. Hard to enjoy when you’re mad and missed the first 15 minutes.
