I said nothing when you were recording and cops were on the scene when i asked you to give privacy was when the majority of the cops left and I was trying to solve a problem with a young mom who felt uncomfortable with your presence
was perusing through the Tompkins Public Safety report and noticed that the homeless are being tracked for public safety?? In their eyes homelessness is already a crime they’re just trying to codify their belief.

I think it’s very instructive to look at neighborhoods which underwent gentrification 20+ yrs ago and see what residents were saying back then.
