@RBC Thinking they might be closed. So I tried again from another phone and chose "1" for "make a new booking" I GOT A LIVE AGENT! But......she couldn't help me and put me back in the queue for "change an existing reservation"

@WestJet if you really care, please let my son fly to me for my birthday today. My husband accidentally booked him for 6am tomorrow but meant 6pm tonight. 100 min with various customer care agents who can’t bend the rules. During Covid, when few are flying, why not build loyalty?
