A 17-year-old Mississippi teen charged with capital murder in the shooting deaths of an elderly couple was already a suspect in "many" home burglaries and car thefts in the same area, according to an incident report obtained by Fox News Digital.
Cordarius Hobbs allegedly broke into the Mendenhall home of Billy Blair, 74, and Virginia Carol Blair, 71, on June 3 — a couple he had previously done work for. Carol Blair was found shot three times in the back of the head. Her husband was found in the kitchen with three gunshot wounds to his face.
Deputies described Hobbs as a "troubled juvenile" well known to law enforcement. He now faces two counts of capital murder, one count of burglary, and 10 additional charges. Bond was denied.
