I AM CALLING ON FLORIDA LEADERSHIP AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO ANSWER FOR WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE.

Andrew @Cobratate and Tristan @TateTheTalisman have spent 62 days locked inside Miami’s Federal Detention Center.

They have not been convicted of a crime in the United States. They have not even been charged with a crime here. They are dual U.S. citizens being held while Britain’s extradition proceedings drag on.

Andrew and Tristan have spent 61 days in the Special Housing Unit and were just moved to an even worse cell. They allege there is no hot water, no air conditioning in the Florida heat, and 10 to 15 roaches on the walls and ceiling at a time. Their lawyers say they are getting almost no recreation, almost no phone calls, and no family visits.

And yet, the government’s response is that FDC Miami “is not a Marriott.”

Meanwhile, illegal aliens are getting better treatment than two American citizens who have not been charged with a crime in this country.

THAT is what’s disgusting.

A judge denied their release on September 9, but they remain in the SHU without an American criminal charge.

THAT IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER.

You do not have to like Andrew or Tristan Tate. You can hate them. You can disagree with everything they say. I don’t care.

THE PRINCIPLE STILL MATTERS.

If you spent years screaming about January 6 defendants, pretrial detention, solitary confinement, delayed process, and alleged political targeting, but suddenly have nothing to say when two American citizens are held for two months without a U.S. criminal charge, then your outrage was never about justice. It was about WHO you liked.

INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY DOES NOT EXPIRE BECAUSE YOU HATE THE PERSON IT PROTECTS.

So I am calling directly on Florida leadership and the federal government: ANSWER FOR THIS.

Why are two American citizens being held under these conditions? What is the justification for their continued placement in the SHU? And who is accountable for the conditions they are describing?

THIS IS NOT ABOUT LIKING THEM.

IT IS ABOUT WHETHER AMERICAN CITIZENS HAVE RIGHTS.

And if those rights only matter when the person being detained is politically convenient, then you never cared about the principle in the first place.

🚨THIS IS INSANE!!!

A daughter drove HUNDREDS of miles to check on her sick 75-year-old father... only to find the locks changed and a Ring camera on his door.

When she climbed through a window to reach her own dad, SHE got arrested for trespassing.

Then she was told, THROUGH THE DOORBELL, that he was no longer alive and that the NURSE who "took care of him" actually now OWNED HER DAD'S HOUSE.

This happened in Conway, South Carolina, and it will make your blood boil.

Her name is Nora Rowland.

Her dad was Robert Rowland, 75 years old and a vulnerable man living with Parkinson's and a brain injury.

Nora and her father were incredibly close. A "daddy's girl," she said. They FaceTimed every single week.

Then, in early 2024, a nurse named Sarah Smalls started caring for Robert through a home care company.

And that's when Nora says her dad started to disappear.

The weekly calls slowed. Then stopped. Something was wrong.

So on Father's Day, when she didn't hear from him, she got in her car and drove from Baltimore all the way to South Carolina to check on the man she loved.

When she got there, his front door had been replaced. A Ring camera was watching her. She couldn't get into her own father's home.

So she climbed through a window. And police arrested her and her partner for TRESPASSING... at her own dad's house.

And then, over that Ring doorbell, she was told her father had died.

Nora says that in the weeks before her father died, that nurse had the DEED to his house signed over to herself.

...and the family wasn't told until he was already gone.

To be clear... man with Parkinson's and a BRAIN INJURY, who was classified as a vulnerable adult was allowed to SIGN HIS HOME AWAY.

In Nora's own words: "He would never think that someone could do this to him. I really can't emphasize enough how many other people could easily get taken advantage of like this."

Her trespassing charges were dismissed, s now she's fighting in court to get her father's house back.

The nurse refused to comment. The care company claimed they knew nothing, but Nora says she has subpoenaed documents proving otherwise.

Police are still investigating.

Gloat time - We spent months explaining it was going to come as soon as the infrastructure was built... and it is time.

Even the foreign students in college.

Kind of like when they took the jobs from the folks who were already in place better qualified than the H1B will ever be.

* Marco Rubio pulling 20,000 business and visitor visas.

* 11,000 Americans retiring every single day.

And 105.8 million working-age Americans still sitting outside the labor force.

Someone please explain to the “there are no qualified Americans” crowd how this is supposed to be a tragedy.

For decades we were told American workers were too expensive, too difficult, too unwilling, or simply not good enough. So the solution was to import cheaper, more compliant labor, suppress wages, and call it a skills shortage. Now the bill comes due. A six-figure fee on each H-1B petition. Visas getting yanked. A retirement wave that opens seats every morning. And tens of millions of Americans who never left the country and never stopped wanting work.

This is not a crisis. This is the correction.

This is not a tragedy. This is a celebration.

The same people who spent years explaining why Americans could not possibly do these jobs are about to discover what happens when the discount labor pipeline gets expensive and restricted. Wage pressure goes up. Hiring managers actually have to look at the domestic résumé pile. Companies that treated American talent as disposable suddenly remember that domestic workers do not require sponsorship, do not vanish when the visa expires, and do not send large portions of their earnings overseas.

To every foreign visa advocate who insisted the United States would collapse without continuous inflows of temporary labor: congratulations. You get to watch the experiment in reverse. We are about to test the radical idea that a country of 330 million people might be able to staff its own engineering, tech, and professional roles after all.

The 105.8 million sidelined Americans have been waiting. The retirements are happening whether anyone likes it or not. The fees and visa actions are finally applying friction to a system that had none.

This could become the strongest period of wage growth and domestic hiring in a generation. Not because anyone suddenly became generous. Because the math finally changed.

Oh here there is one other outcome that has happened historically from all the thousands of pages I have read on our immigration system that many are overlooking.

Once it starts and wages improve, jobs come open... homes become affordable, life improves - the people demand more and the detractors convert. Try telling a STEM trained employee stocking shelves for the last two years who gains a 6 figure job that they should feel guilty. That just isn't going to work and the most likely scenario... and you are going to call me crazy but I am a student of history. Is the left starts to compete for votes and move in the exact same direction.

I know crazy...but very very likely.

Hey foreign visa pipeline: goodbye. We were told we could not function without you. Turns out we are willing to find out.

Americans first is not a slogan when the numbers finally line up. It is just arithmetic. It is intensely human in every possible way.

Are foreign CEOs still going to be a thing when they can't be relied on to open pipelines of cheap mediocre talent?

Are you ready for the era where companies have to compete for American workers again instead of treating them as optional?
