@OVOEnergy hi I moved into a property on the 19th august that you supplied gas to but I switched suppliers. I still haven’t received my final bill. The only bill I have been getting was for the costs before the 19th august which are not mine. Tried calling but phones not working

Honestly I think British Gas are actively avoiding to discuss this with me now… was supposed to be switched over 2 weeks ago now (technically a month ago but there was issues) . Zero response. Can’t get hold of anybody to discuss it

Is anyone else having delays with switching energy suppliers? Moved house over a month ago and wanted to take @BritishGas with me. Managed to sort out the gas supply from OVO just fine, but they are still struggling to switch my electric over from @BulbUK.

Honestly can not fault @PetsatHome customer service. Made an error on my subscription order, so easy to contact via the website and they sorted it out instantly with no extra cost for me!
