Weâve shared details on how AI agents in our research environment sent training and evaluation data to third-party services when they shouldnât have.
Most of that data did not come from users. We have discovered 53 cases where images that people had uploaded were posted to image-hosting sites as links that werenât publicly listed. The images came from accounts that allowed their data to be used to improve our models, and after we disassociated the images from the accounts and ran them through a privacy filter. These cases occurred before the mitigations and safeguards we implemented and described in this blog post: https://t.co/hfxlbiYv8n
We have successfully worked with the hosting providers to remove most of this content and are working to remove the rest.

You may pride yourself on listening and empowering others, but do the people who report to you actually experience your leadership this way?
Research with more than 10,000 professionals and 400 senior leaders suggests that as leaders rise, they become increasingly likely to underestimate two behaviors that undermine collaboration: dominating conversations and micromanaging.
Learn how leaders can counter these tendencies: https://t.co/TRGud6jiEE
I just got off the phone with my millionaire friend...
âŚand the moment I got off the call, I pulled up my laptop to type this.
Iâm going to try as much as possible to put everything down the way he said
them.
EVERYTHING.
So the phone ringsâŚI pick it up, itâs his number on the screen. This is actually
the first time he is calling. So I take the call and he is already talking:
ââI read your post on Facebook. The one about our conversation yesterdayââ.
I waited, trying to read the tone of his voice.
I was unsure whether he approved of me sharing our conversation in public. At first I felt it didnât matter, but right
now I was unsure.
ââI want you to share something elseââ. He said.
I subconsciously relaxed a bit. His tone seemed alright. He didnât seem angry at all.
ââAre you with a pen and paper thereââ.
I quickly grabbed a pen and a paper. ââYes sirââ.
ââGoodââ. He said. ââNow write this. Conventional wisdom isnât always rightââ
ââWhat?ââ
ââConventional wisdom isnât always rightââ He repeated. ââNow close your eyesââ.
Huh?
ââHave youââ.
I slowly closed my eyes. ââYes sirââ.
ââHow much do you see yourself making this yearââ. He asked. ââDo you see yourself making 800 Million naira?ââ
I opened my eyes. The sum sounded outrageous. 100 million naira. What.
He laughed, almost like he could see my reaction.
ââThat amount isnât even up to a million dollars. But you canât see itââ
Now write this; ââPeople will always be wise over the things they seeââ. I scribbled that on the paper. He continued quickly. ââIf they donât see it, then their opinions are usually not wiseââ
I didnât get that.
He followed up quickly.
ââWhat do you think. Is 1 million naira too much for a yearâs rent?ââ
I thought about it. ââYesââ. I replied.ââNo, it is not too much. You only say that because you donât make 100 million
naira a yearââ. He said.
ââBut sir, I canât live above my means. I have no problem staying in a house like
that but I have to live within my meansââ. I said.
He laughed. ââThat is the problem. That sentence right there. I wanted you to say it. Living within your means. That right there is the conventional wisdom Iâm talking about. It sounds wise but it is stupidââ
I heard a smack from the other end of the phone. He had probably banged on
the table as he said that.
ââNow think about itââ he went on excitedly. ââWhen you say Iâm living within my means, what you are actually saying is I canât make more than enough in a year to pay a couple million naira rentââ.
He paused.
ââDonât you see it, you are not living within your means. You just created a little container and you put yourself inside. A year has 12 months. To hit a million naira all you need to do is simply sell 100 units of a 10, 000 naira a piece stuffââ.
âââŚJust 100 unitsââ he said. ââSell 100 pieces of perfumes for 10, 000 naira each and you have a million naira. But you just said now that you wonât be able to make that number many times over IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHSâŚ.you just put yourself in a boxâŚ
âŚ.When you can make that amount pushing a huge volume of products in just a single month. But with just one sentence you just put yourself in a containerââ
He paused againâŚas if to let that sink in, then he continued.
ââMost times when people say they are living within their means, they are
actually living within their reality. 1 million naira is less than 3000 dollars. You shouldnât make that number your means, you should ask yourself this
questionâŚâ
ââââŚ.are you writing this downââ. He asked.
I reached for the paper again. ââYesââ.
ââWrite, How can I legally make as much money as I can fast, and keep doubling
it as fast as I can without breaking the law or getting into a get rich quick
scheme. No, donât give yourself a target. There is actually no limit to how much you can makeââ
âââŚDid you get all that?ââ he asked. ââDonât say anything. Just think about this âdeeply. Donât put yourself within a number
Not to add to the discourse, butâŚ
Itâs âtoe the line,â not âtow the line.â
Itâs âfree rein,â and not âfree reign.â
Itâs âeke out,â not âeek out.â
Itâs âsleight of hand,â not âslight of hand.â
It's âAnchors aweigh,â and not âAnchor's away!â
For many Nigerian households, debt is becoming less about investment and more about survival.
In this edition of WebTV Focus, anchored by Gabriel Jude, Kingsley Anozie, Founder of Wealth Creation Social Club, examines how rising living costs and weak disposable incomes are pushing more households toward personal loans, overdrafts, salary advances and digital credit.

Nigeria in 1min: Economic, Business and Financial Market Headlines â 2 September 2026
Nigerian equities extended their rebound into September. The external picture deteriorated overnight. US Central Command struck #IRGC sites near Bandar Abbas and Chabahar after two tankers were hit leaving the Strait of Hormuz, and Brent settled near US$95 before adding 0.7% to US$95.34 in Asian trade. Japanâs 10-year yield touched 3% for the first time since 1996, and the US 10-year reached 4.80%. Eurozone inflation accelerated to 3.3%, with the @ecb near-fully priced for a hike on 10 September.
Higher crude lifts export receipts while raising the fuel import bill and the global cost of capital. Watch the Treasury-bill clearing rate, naira strength, and the pass-through of US$95 crude to pump prices.
