@Jaguar I don’t require any assistance, I think your technical teams need to devise a quicker way to replace 3 parking sensors on a ‘21 plate F-Pace than the 5+ hours I had to wait today. Appalling design.

@easyJet We didn’t have enough time back in the terminal building to actually get any food as we were waiting further announcements. We were then called back to the departure gate, re-boarded, then held for a further period. Appalling customer service.

@easyJet Eventually, flight departed 2hr40 after scheduled time. However no sandwiches available, and limited drinks. Not even offered complimentary hot/soft drinks - not as if there was no time to re-provision the aircraft!

@easyJet what are you doing with these cancellations, my daughter was due to fly in 2 hours from CDG to BRS and it’s cancelled. Do the right thing and get them on the next available flight. Also arrange accommodation & food, don’t leave it to them

@easyJet No DM that I can see. Now 4 days later, CDG EasyJet staff were not very helpful on the night, just pointing people to the app. Compensation & expenses claims now in. You take money for tickets at the time of booking, why can’t refunds be instant?
