با تأیید سازمان حقوق بشر ایران، #دانیال_نیازی، معترض ۱۸ ساله در شیروان، روز ۲۲ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ با یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل خانوادگی‌اش با خشونت بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شد.

گزارش‌ها حاکی است او در ۲۴ ساعت نخست بازداشت تحت فشار شدید جسمی و روانی قرار گرفته و در پی شکنجه‌های سنگین، ناچار به اعترافاتی شده که مبنای طرح اتهامات سنگین علیه اوست.

شعبه دوم بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شیروان اتهام «محاربه» را به همراه عناوینی چون «مشارکت در شروع به قتل عمدی»، «مشارکت در ایراد ضرب و جرح عمدی»، «عضویت در تجمع علیه امنیت داخلی»، «اخلال در نظم عمومی» و «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» به او تفهیم کرده است.

یک نوجوان ۱۸ ساله با اتهاماتی روبه‌روست که می‌تواند پیامدهای جبران‌ناپذیر داشته باشد.

Inside what should have been a place of healing, terror unfolded.

Doctors fought to resuscitate bleeding protesters. Nurses moved through corridors thick with panic. ECG patches were still attached to patients’ chests. Some of those same bodies, according to multiple reports, were later found with gunshot wounds to the head.

This is not a scene from a battlefield. It is a hospital.

Evidence points to a chilling pattern described as “finishing shots.” Victims show clear signs they were undergoing treatment when they were killed. Reports indicate wounded individuals were taken from ICUs. Families searching for loved ones were met with chaos, fear, and silence.

What is happening is being described as part of a systematic massacre that has already claimed more than 40,000 lives. Forty thousand human beings. Forty thousand families shattered.

Today, Iranians are too afraid to seek medical care. They fear that entering a hospital could mean arrest, disappearance, or execution. A hospital bed should not feel like a death sentence.

The right to life and the right to health are universal. They are not political slogans. They are fundamental protections under international law.

How many more must die before the world responds?
How many more hospital rooms must become execution sites?

The international community, global health authorities, human rights organizations, and world leaders must act. Silence in the face of allegations this grave risks becoming complicity.
