However...
Whilst the #NHS will no doubt benefit from the @ACCA_UK donation the NHS is NOT a charity (being funded by general taxes & NI). Do such donations risk setting unhelpful precedents re future health service funding?

@MtvTenant @MetTVH @HousingOmbuds @tomcopley @SadiqKhan @RobertJenrick I had that experience too. Maybe 8-9 years ago now. I tried to inform @HousingOmbuds that Metropolitan's formal complaints system wasn't fit for purpose. And the Housing Ombudsman wouldn't accept my submission because I couldn't demonstrate a formal complaint to Metropolitan.

@Natures_Voice We managed to take a quick photo from the kitchen, but it noticed us and flew off. We get a lot of birds in our E3 garden (lots of feeders) which might have encouraged it to stop here en-route to its final destination. We did feel very lucky once we realised what we'd seen!
