@SamsungMobileSA This doesn't happen with @Apple which clearly should have been the choice to begin with after I took my S8 in for (yet another) manufacture defect involving the camera and instead the battery was replaced.

@SamsungMobileSA Its been escalated, but feedback is slower than the Galaxy A03 Core I had to buy out of pocket because you don't offer a loan phone when your devices have a manufacture defect.
