@reality19713 @maolesen A report today from my country's hospitals. We are in mid winter. The hospitals are saying that they are overwhelmed by people who have had flu coming in with flu complications. Dormant viruses in their bodies are activating and creating ill health.

@singingsox My friend begged off yoga because of a cold she can't shake, again. I asked 2 weeks later if she had tested, she began to protest that she isolated the whole time, I had to interrupt and point out that for her OWN comfort, she could have got Paxlovid. Hadn't thought of that 🙄🤷‍♀️

@lady_valor_07 I'm sure my vigor will return with a new hip! I don't want to travel long distances any more AotearoaNZ is so far from anywhere! There's plenty of places in my own county that I haven't visited. I look forward to be cycling, doing yoga and strength training forever.
