@ChrisMartzWX I’d put Bush 41 in A tier. He oversaw the peaceful downfall of the USSR and the peaceful reunification of a divided Germany, and not one shot was fired.
@WarMonitor3 They are older model F-16A’s that have had some upgrades to permit the employment of modern weapons. But plane v plane, while capable, they are totally out classed by the Typhoons and F-35s of the RAF
@EdKrassen You speak the bullshit Ed. If an F-18 were being shot at by SAM, the plane would be pumping our flares and chaff . None of which is visible in said photo. Ergo, it’s bullshit.
@WarMonitor3 Three seems high. I would think more like 12-18 months. They have the technical knowledge, financial means, and access to nuclear fuel. All they lack is the choice to move forward. I would also lump nations like Japan, South Korea and possibly Australia in this group as well.
@abyssaltech@sentdefender The only other torpedos, besides the MK48, in the US arsenal are the MK46/50/54 series ASW torpedos. While they could damage a large ship, I doubt they could sink one
@DieselBABE20 I think cost is an issue. I have no problem paying $75-$100 for a good whiskey or tequila. But I’m not gonna do shots. I’m gonna enjoy that. Many people would want to spend their money elsewhere.
