@Uber @Uber_Support ordered Uber but there was building collapse so took me time to walk out, told driver to wait - he didn’t yet charged me the cancellation fee. applied 4 refund, but was not - and now saw I was charged for it. Can’t apply refund now as 2late. Very angry
