@SouthwestAir the crew was fabulous. The decision to send us on the plane was unacceptable. Some refunds are in order. It was a flap issue. I have flight anxiety and this has been a very traumatic experience that should have been avoided.

@SouthwestAir on flight #1924 from Denver to Little Rock. Delayed due to maintenance issues. Finally boarded 2 hours late. In the air for about an hour only to turn around because plane was actually not repaired. We will be arriving in Little Rock over 6 hours late.

@Delta we flew @AmericanAir to our destination with no issues. Now we sit in Atlanta and we have no idea where we will be sitting. This is crazy and unacceptable. This is the second time @Delta has done this to us. Do better.

@Delta you know what’s aggravating? Choosing your seats when you purchase your tickets only to show up to your connecting flight to find out you’ve been bumped out of your seats to the back of the plane. Can someone explain why?

@AmericanAir I know you get a lot of complaints, but I would just like to say that today we had an amazing experience. The flights were smooth, the gate crews were kind and competent and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. It was a good day to fly @AmericanAir !

@delta you can’t charge for first class and then move someone to comfort plus and charge the same. Especially if you aren’t going to serve them the same as first class.
