This is an open manhole in the middle of the road in Blr, big enough to cause a serious accident. 2 wheelers or autos can easily fall in, especially at night.

This is extremely dangerous and needs immediate fixing before someone gets hurt.

This was your rider’s negligence.

If negligence occurs on Uber’s platform, is Uber saying the victim should carry the pain, the trauma, as well as the bills alone!

@Uber_India On 26 Dec, I booked an Uber Bike in urgency due to year-end traffic while heading home from office.
Your rider drove rashly from the start, speeding in heavy traffic and dangerously squeezing between vehicles.
As a non-rider, I could clearly see we were going to fall.

And yet, @Uber_India has rejected my medical reimbursement claim, stating that insurance wasn’t opted. How is a passenger expected to make an informed choice when there is no clear, unavoidable opt-out warning at the time of booking?
