@MTNza @Disney52 Hi, I restarted my device and still not able to call out.

[Mr Green @wickedgp26]

@MTNza @susannkirote132 @CapitecBankSA Thanks for your response. Please change your IVR settings when calling to report such incidents waiting 3mins to listen to marketing messages is unnecessary

[Mr Green @wickedgp26]

Got a call from some dooes claiming to be @MTN Fraud 0839762187 says someone's is doing illegal sim swap and they sending me an OTP. Then the dooes has all my info and says the hacker has scheduled a cashsend through @CapitecBankSA & I must cancel it by doing another payment 🙃

[Mr Green @wickedgp26]

These bastards are getting very clever, hopefully someone here can identify 0839762187 and bust them
@crimeairnetwork

[Mr Green @wickedgp26]

Of course I called @MTNza while he was on my other line. Mara his manager even came on the phone to validate the call 🫠 After going through endless voice prompts I've been advised it was a scam. The scammer then hung up #otpfraud #fraud #cybersecurity

@CapitecBankSA My mom loves Lindt Chocolates and flowers. If I won this for here, I'd choose those two things.
